The humble milking stool; hardworking, durable and versatile. The Dwellers Milking Stool is a modern interpretation, giving a stylish, tactile design that is both sturdy and portable.

Made from native Irish ash and handcrafted with traditional techniques. A milk paint edge gives a pop of colour and combines beautifully with the wood.

Showcasing the natural beauty of the wood, with soft tactile details, and traditional construction elements such as wedged tenons. The legs are shaped by hand giving a riven or hewn look.

Irish ash. The wood comes from our maker’s own store of kiln-dried hardwoods, which he sources from locally fallen trees. A hand-rubbed oiled finish brings out the natural beauty of the wood. Milk paints are used for the coloured edge.
