Lead times
Most of our pieces are made to order. Our standard lead time is 8-12 weeks from date of deposit. Lead times are dependent on the piece and so will vary, and may be longer or shorter than our standard estimate. We will advise the approximate timeframe when your order is being placed and we will communicate any delays if they arise.
For our smaller products such as trays, when in stock, the lead time is usually 1 week.
Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping on our furniture and products.
We use Irish postal services, An Post and DPD.
If you require an alternative delivery service, email us with your request before ordering.
Within Ireland, the estimated standard delivery is 1-3 business days. If you need something sooner, please let us know prior to ordering and we can organise express delivery.
Ordering
Small items are purchased directly through our website and payment is processed by Stripe payment processor.
For larger items, orders are placed by email. A 50% deposit is required to place an order, with the balance due on delivery. We will provide you with payment details.
Returns
Given the bespoke handcrafted nature of our work, returns are not always possible, unless an item is damaged on arrival.
All our products are made to the highest standard by highly skilled makers. We work with various manufacturers around Ireland who produce our range of pieces. We demand the highest quality from our manufacturers and they know the standard we aim for.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are dissatisfied please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.
