New Neighbours

On The Pigs Back officially opened its doors on 16th September 2016, amidst the buzz of Culture Night. This new burger eatery making it’s home in one of the oldest buildings on Capel St. in Dublin's city centre.

We were approached to create custom-made tables, stools, and other furniture items including a deli serving unit, movable cash desk and sink unit. Functional and practical with a modern look to tie in with the industrial style of the restaurant.

All items were custom designed for the space and hand-made in the Chocolate Factory, around the corner on Kings Inns St.

Steel and reclaimed scaffold wood

Powder-coated steel frames custom made by a local steel company, with the tops made from reclaimed scaffold wood planks. The combination of the old characterful wood with the new bright steel creates a fresh and cool space.
